notes:
Fujichrome 100 color reversal film.
I rely on this film to do evening or other high contrast shots (e.g., astronomical photos) for the reason that it produce a more interesting result despite its short linear range. It has numerous advantages over a digital camera. Resolution is not everything; there are other elements: smoothness (or grain size), color balance and saturation, mathematical nature of the response curve (linear, S-shape, or other types), etc. The curve on the low-x value side is critical for low-light photos, such as stars, nebula, planets, and moons. Digital consumer cameras are not up to the task. It's be another 30 years before the consumer digital camera can catch up with the best film. The cameras used by professional astronomers and Hobble Space Telescope is another story. Unfortunately, we don't have access to such professional cameras.

Красиво и интересно.
Не согласен с "It has numerous advantages over a digital camera. ".
I do not agree with: ""It has numerous advantages over a digital camera. ", as do not see the visual advantage one over the other, especally, when it viewed on a monitor screen with the maximum vertical dimension of only 1000 pixels. Plus the dynamic range of any monitor, except professional, is only 8 EV.
out of order
