notes:
For peace in the world, we must lay down our grievances at the alter of humanity, not as thought in our minds, but as an a gesture to those in our lives. The world is crying and we are all crying. In our sadness, we have unity and in our unity, strength. In that strength, there is love and there is hope. We have all lost something of great value, togehter we can rebuild our hearts and our lives.

Lovely flower and thought, yet, this is a very delicate flower to lean on. One violent movement and it will break. Please read this letter to President Bush written by His Holiness, the Dalai Lama.

Like a couple nuzzling up against one another... How romantic. One of your best...! because, for me, it evokes such humanistic feeling!

great words as notes
everything so very true and right
they make me recall the words of some poets or of people who thought that those poets were right
they say that we are all part of the same great mechanism and if we work together and if not one single part upsets another the least bit the whole will work so smoothly it would all be a ceaseless delight
nature is here to prove it in this shot
the flowers remind me of those little birds that stretch their necks and open their beaks as wide as they can for food they need very special attention and if they get it they grow to become what they are meant to be
i find the black in the upper right-hand corner so pure
and i like it how it fades gradually and slightly from top to bottom of the picture along the left margin to blend with the suggested green of the leaf in the background
