I`m an amateur photographer born in the mid 50ґs in Aalborg, Denmark. Who enjoys everlasting small moments I find beautiful. Typically those moments occur when walking around in everyday life. Suddenly the motive is there and so am I.
Photography has been my hobby ever since I acquired my very first camera, a Kodak Instamatic 133, in 1969. Later on this was updated to a Minolta Pocket Autopack 70, which eventually was replaced by a Konica Autoreflex TC Mirror-reflex.
When discovering how intense my passion for photography was, I invested in a developing "laboratory". Hence, I added an Opemus 6X6 and developing trays to my collection, as well as having a brief encounter with Cibachrome at the same time.
Then came a time when I bought my first computer, a Commodore 64. It was soon followed by an Amiga 500, a 486SX PC and finally a Pentium II PC.
Life then caught up with me, and photography was set aside for 18-20 years in order to join society and make my living. Then in May 2001 I met my new playmate, a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-S50 digital camera. My "old" amateur photographer resurfaced from deep within, and began clicking away. Although years had passed since I last pampered my hobby I realized that it was still great fun and so, I am of the belief that my flash will keep on flashing, making my hobby one of the everlasting moments now.
