I have been a photographer for over 40 years. I had my first camera at 17 to take photographs on my vacations to europe in the 60s. I was just a snap shooter for many years. Then I emigrated to Canada in 69 from England. I joined a camera club in Sudbury Ontario in 1982. I had a culture shock as the images I thought were good got very poor marks. I had to start all over again in getting good images. So began a long process of learning. I wanted to become a photographer who could shoot any subject material. I eventually got published nationally and internationally. My biggest acheivement was to be published for red fox images and text in PHOTO LIFE in 1998. I had a 6 year with a red fox named louise.She was quite a character we formed a unique bond. She jumped in my car stole cookies from my bag. Would chase after my car. I made a movie about it.
