(sorry for late reply - have been some time away from the Net улыбаюсь

The lighting was as follows:
- 1 speedlight from the back of the red semi-transparent backgrund
- 1 speedlight approx 45 degrees on the left with some red paper behind (to get overall reddish cast)
- in-camera flash to light up the front of the stage
