very nice photo and colors, you may have over expose a bit(blue cast around the lights), and you broke the photo right in the midde, try putting the horizon lower for a more dramatic sky, use rule of third. my two cents

thanx Rafael...believe it or not, I haven`t used a tripod on this one, therefore I haven`t had a lot of options with the composition...I bought a tripod in the meantime though
Your pics look great at first glance, I will go through them a bit later....
