He visits you everyday and you still didn`t give him a nice peace of bread?? That`s why he is in a bad mood... I would feel the same way.
Regarding your photo, you have an excellent camera in your hands and the photo isn`t sharp enough, maybe you are using an ISO greater than 100 and it may have cause you the granularity/noise in your final result.
If he visits you everyday, find a good spot with a good light to get closer to the bird (even try to open your hand and give some bread... it won`t affect your budged )) ), you may get a clear shot. The composition is great, positioning the bird at the bottom right of your shot.
