Excellent and good picture. It is 4 year since I was in Dniepropetrovosk and I can not remember this building. Is it new?

Yes, this building built about one year. 26 floors. Is in the street Dzerzhinskogo. Near park of Shevchenko. Photographed it from street Liteinaja. About quay. Thanks for warm responses. Pleasant viewing.
