Well done moody picture of tired dandelions! very well captured details. Here in Limousin, in winter, we eat salads from leaves of dandelions and lard (fat). It is a typic old meal of Limousin. But after february dandelions are too tough for salads!

In Rosii too do salad of dandelions and too in the early spring. And of yellow inflorescences do honey.
