How much you can take a shot?

How much Photografer can take a shot of same place? In this picture a get 3 photografers in action in the Western Wall(Kotel Maaravi) in Jerusalem Old City, I call it PhotoGraphersSickness. How much a place is specialy to take shots? Same times I thik that we have a very hard and impulsive sick, the fever to take a shot.

If the Wall is a place of meditation and faith, how is possible photographers in the middle of the believers?
I think if you want to shoot you can do it from a certain distance without disturbing the people in their moment of redemption.
Good question Miguel, this is all about ethics and for sure each individual have his own interpretation of it.
I will load a telephoto and do it from a certain distance, I`m sure I could get even stronger moments than shooting from close distance.
