I guess nobody want to tell you the truth or is it just me that see these things and I’m not high. Do not get this personally but this is my honest opinion:

Beautiful place, hard to make it right though, land is underexposed and sky/sun is overexposed. I found out that if you use ND filter you could take better pictures in situations like this. In addition, I do not like this thing on the bottom of the picture, before the boats, it takes your attention from the picture. Besides this filter you can use tripod and then shoot few pictures with different exposures or shutter speeds, make one that land is right but the sky will be overexposed and then make one that land is dark but the sky is right, and combine this in the PS.
