Looks like some interesting place with a big potential for photographing.
Your photo is not bad but in my opinion, the composition is bad and light is not good. If I were you, I would try taking pictures early in the morning during sunrise or during sunset when shadows are long and colors are wormer. I would try not to cut out any subject in my picture. Your photo is missing part of the front boat.

In that case it`d be ordinary landscape. Most interesting point here, imho, details and wood surface of small houses at front...
