This is macro or microscope? What about small cavities on the surface of two largest bubbles?

This is macro with a reversed 50mm 1.4 attaced to my Canon G3. I have noticed the cavitation on the bubbles but cant really tell what they are. I have seen this thin on bubbles before but not so clear as in this one. This photo covers about 2*1 cm so they are not that visible for the eyes normally. Thanx for the comment !!!
