really nice composition, the only thing that I could think of making it better in my eyes is that the road will end in a corner of the photo !?

Excellent composition. The road coming form the center is fine as the photo employs other techniques to lead the eye into the scene. The s-curve in the trail does that effectively. The color bands are well-defined and the scen is well placed. It is compositionally sound. It has good clarity and the clouds add interest. Well done! Where is it by the way? Regards
