I like the frame of your pic, but I am beginner in photo...how do you put this frame, with what programm.

In Photo Shop it`s very easy: You set the foreground color of future frame (2click); Next: menu/image/canvas size- and do little bit more size then your photo (about 0,1 sm); next press "X" button, the foreground color will change; and repeat operation with canvas size, addind about 1sm. You will get same rezult as like on my photo. Good luck.

Exist some more variants, but i`ve gived You simple one.
