What do you mean? If you are asking why the tops of wings are not sharp enough - there is a reason for that – the blues like this always open their wings at 45-degree angle. Since they are not “flat”, the DOF is limited. Thanks for viewing,

I don`t think this is MACRO either, more like close-up. I guess that MACRO would be if you were able to take picture of one fragment of his body, for example one part of his wing, with a strong detailes. This would be a perfect example of one macro:

Классное фото, но вот только резкость странно распределилась, как буд то с макролинзой снималось. Сама бабочка просто великолепна!
