This almost begins as an abstract with the colorful reflections in the water...then progresses upwards to the band of lights that provide a basis for the architecturally magnificent building. This is wonderful, intriguing work.

Обожаю ночные снимки города!
Интересное решение с водой.
Собор, конечно, можно бы подработать, но тогда вода потускнеет...
Еинственное, я бы отрезал кусочек справа: собор просится в центр (хоть это сейчас и не модно).
Еще какая-то цифровая обработка или от сканера полосы на небе?
