The оld bridge through river Nezhegol not far from place of the merging with Severskiy Donec.
The мarch of the prince Novgorod-Severskiy Igor Svyatoslavovich on polovtsy in 1185 - a history event, served by central to plot of the monument ancient russian literature "Word about regiment Igoreve".
On one of the version Igor and his army cross through Severskiy Donec beside Nezhegol 1 May, beside 100 km passed for 2-3 May on Nezhegol shlyah (road) to fortresses of the Kholky, where 4-5 May were met with army of his brother of the prince Vsevolod Svyatoslavovich from Trubchevsk and 6 May they were touched on Izyum shlyah along coast Oskol on south, to polovtsy migration.
In favour of given versions speaks that fact that from city Donec and Krapivenskoe (on river Koren beside village Krapivnoe Shebekino district Belgorod region) and Kholky (on river Oskol beside with village Kholky Chernyanka district Belgorod region) southward other ancient russian settlings is not fixed that has allowed to conduct through these points south-east border russian lands exactly. Igor and Vsevolod, having agreed be met on Oskol, bore in mind some determined point. This point could be on Oskol single russian fortress - Kholky.
Possible on places, expressed on given photographies (as well as "Nezhegol"; "Shlyah") passed with his army prince Igor on meeting with Vsevolod.
