Pataxo's Children (Brazilian indians)
In a small paradise situated between a river and the ocean, in the south of Bahia, there is an Indian reserve (Pataxos Indians) in the Monte Pascoal National Park, where 500 years ago, pedro Alvares Cabral expedition first viewed the land of Brazil.
They are a beautifull people and make their living from fishing and tourism.
The older ones have interesting stories to tell, have their traditional celebrations and can inform you about the plants, herbs and tides.
