Another beautiful image with superb clarity, colour and tones.Congrats!! Cliff.I know this may seem a silly question but how do you get the blackground/Is it done on Photoshop?Warm Regards,Brian.

cliff rosbotham cliff rosbotham #18 Sun 21 Aug 2005 00:44

Hi Brian very simple set up
3 x 2 hardboard painted with blackboard matt paint and set up with leading edge set slightly obliquely to the ambient window light so as you get a fall off along the board and no light is reflected from the trailing edge as you are virtually looking into a void beyond the subject.

Look forward to your.....blackness
kindest regards dear friend
