This was taken at the pride parade in Toronto for the National Post newspaper. The tongue hit the back of the knee and the arms came up blocking the nipples making the photo publishable in Canada. They ran it small inside the paper.

is there some public security law in Canada against publishing images of nipples, I am sure most Canadians have no idea how do those things look like

Nipples in an artistic image are fine. I think showing the nipple here in the sexually charged atmosphere of gay pride parade would have been too much for the publisher to handle.

.. and that guy in the green jacket to the right is holding his video camera as if it were a grenade launcher... almost a hilarious shot (sorry for the unintended pun).
