Hi Martin,

donґt get me wrong - the shot itself (idea, execution) are top. The problem i found is the pose. To me it doesnґt look natural rather then uncomfortable and tense - the modelґs body basically sayґs two things "i donґt want to slip & fall" and "i hope itґs over soon". Whilst i perfectly understand that youґre proud of your work and i bet you wonґt agree with me - if youґve time go over it again and judge it critically with a little distance ... maybe you come to the same conclusion.

Hello Virgil

Thanks for your comment. No she was very comfortable at that place. We photographed there for about 20 minuts with a tripod in different positions (it was very dark in the forrest) and she had a good flat place to sit on. For me the pose is very fragile and I like the japanese form of the tree, that loks like protecting her fine body. For me this is the important thing in this photograph. A dialog of two forms (the body and the tree).
