This is actually a shot my wife took inside a slot canyon we were hiking in Utah near Escalante. This is Peekaboo slot. Ann used a cheap digital camera (Aiptek ISDV) to photgraph this. You never know what direction that water has channeled a passage through the sandstone over the course of time until you hike a slot. Here she is looking down at the ground. Peekaboo had a couple of spots still underwater, but not so deep that we had to swim through. Anyhow we are looking forward to hiking more slots. Great perspective, it nearly becomes abstract, too. I like the pattern, which the noise made in the upper rock.
