I see the picture is duplicated.
I like the concept but your implementation needs work. To my eye the focul point of the image is the bicyclist and my eye wants to see the bike clearly. both the focus and lighting work against it. Further detail is obliterated by very harsh lighting falling on the bicyclist.
I always respect Chandru's comments but the shot is different so I am going to give this guy +++.
