Good idea, good foreshortening, but a picture does not have some lightness and transparency. Apparently she is made heavier by a dirty background creating feeling of gassed of air. мой вариант фото

Can not agree with you, Dmitriy! The autors composition and lightning gives you a feeling the person walks somewhere far out and that haizy horizon just adds up more to that, allowing to concentrate on a main subject.

Yours combination of light pulls your eyes from the main object because no matter you do you are concentrating on the sky.

Maybe, Andrey, but some dirt is in a picture. Possibly you are right and it is not needed to be concentrated on the cleanness of horizon, but a few presses his color...
