The state Academic Chapel takes a special place in history of culture of Russia. This first is musical-professional establishment. Owing to significant efforts of administration, in 1886 - 1889 under the project of architect L.N.Benua the complex of buildings of the Chapel, not changed the shape to this day has been cardinally reconstructed. Leonty Nikolaevich Benua was not only the author of the project of reorganization of buildings of the Chapel, but also practically in current of three years carried out a management of erection and furnish of cases, carried out sketches of interiors of furniture, an accessories well and certainly Lanterns!!!
