With all of my due respect for Your work the biggest problem I see on this photo is time it was taken on. It's very harsh "middle of the day" light which does lit up the scene but doesn't help to expose the landscape properly. The photo feels "flat". Few hours later or early in a morning would be much-much better.

The composition is good so the technique too.

Let even plainly. But it is beautiful. Clouds. A line of a landscape. It is our Russia. And it where is the most beautiful than us together taken. At times not deserving such Native land. Yours faithfully. Thanks for the comment.
