Я бы рамку убрал, мешает видеть туман в правом углу и перевел бы в ч.б. с осветлением небольшим теней. приблизительно вот так:) my variant of the photo

I like the photo, it is very good silhoette. i am not fond of the frame as i think it takes the attention away from the photo but that is just a personal view
