Very nice composition, I like it a lot: nice row of flamingos, black birds on foreground add up the feeling of three dimentional photo. It seems you have tried to blur the background to separate the flamingos but you didn't do it very well. Its uneven and only on top of the birds. You should've used the layer mask to do it. Or don't do the blur at all
