Ah.. the beautiful land of California. I bet if they placed this particular selection on the market it would run somewhere in the low to mid hundred thousand ($125,000?!). My friend once said, "you can buy a mansion in the eastern US for 200,000 - but out here in CA, you'd get a bug shack for the same!" Maybe, as Nada suggested, she saw this place as well!

Don't live far from the Pocono area... a lot of great shots can come out of there! NEPA is a GREAT place to live... all four seasons (all four extreme) - makes for great photo opportunities! My regards to you and your family!
