It is probably a very good picture except it needs a better scan and a little work in image editor. I think it will be a good idea to rotate the image clockwise to keep the horizontal baseline really horizontal ) Good luck!

I think the horizon can be a little confusing until you look at the straight reflections in the water. The shoreline made this a difficult shot to manage, and you have done it wonderfully.
