Photo Haliaeetus prlagicus by Yaranta

It is one of the most beautiful birds of the world, гнездится only in our country on coast of the Far East seas, on valleys of the spawning rivers and lakes of Kamchatka, Ohotskogo coast and a lower reaches of Amur.
Very large predatory bird. Colouring very characteristic - on the general(common) dark-brown background are sharply allocated a white tail and big white a stain on wings. A beak very massive. Eats mainly a fish, and also birds and the rests of various animals. Jacks twists on trees and rocks near to the rivers, lakes and seacoast.
It is brought in the Red book of the International Community of wildlife Management, the Red book of the Russian Federation, in the Appendix of II Convention on international trade.

Оль, международная торговля видами, включенными в Приложение II, разрешена, однако вывоз и ввоз этих видов осуществляется только по специальным разрешениям СИТЕС (Конвенция о международной торговле видами дикой фауны и флоры, находящимися под угрозой исчезновения (СИТЕС)), которые выдают национальные Административные органы СИТЕС, назначаемые правительствами стран - участниц Конвенции.
