I know that the Panasonic FZ30 is a bit noisy - you may consider to use Noiseware to reduce this effect a bit. Appart from that - very well captured - congrats.

As a magazine digicam tester I can say that FZ30 IS NOT noiser, than most digicams of the same class. (if we does not talk about dSLR, of course)
Meanwhile, as about this shot, one can note that original CCD noise could not be visible after downscale from 8MPix to VGA format. Yes, it's an artificial noise on this foto used as art mean.
