Hi yildiz, I can see that a number of people have viewed your photo and not voted or commented. I think it may be the reduction of your image that caused alot of detail loss and noise in your image. It caught my eye from thumbnails because it was a beautiful shot then when I click on it the image quality was low so I hope you are not offended at my opinion and attempt to help after all thats what I'm here for to learn. That said, I see you used photoshop from the exif tag so when you are through editing your picture and ready to get it down to the forums file size go to image-image size, When that box pops up you'll see at top width & Height boxes at the drop down arrow to the right of either one click on arrow and change to %percent, Width and height value will change to 100 click in the box (Either one) and change 100 to 50 and both will change now go down to resolution box and change to 72 and click ok at top right. Now go to file menu and choose save for web when it comes up choose preset jpg medium then click save at top right and your done then go check file size in explorer by right clicking and choose properties, It should be under the 150 kb if not you have to tinker with settings in these instructions. In the variant I made I used bibble pro and Noise Ninja to remove noise from the image but I hope you try my suggestion and let me see this photo in the quality I know your original has
Tou have an excellent eye grabbing this shot and to me that's better than finished technical image quality even though I know your image has that too Thanks for reading hope it helps !
