В оригинале этих пятен нет. Это результат сжатия в jpg. Слишком маленький размер файла можно выставить (150 кб) и у меня неполучилось сжать по другому.

yes! i was sure it was compression problem...
yesterday, a member of this forum, billy holmes, gave me this link http://www.photo-freeware.net/bdsizer.php
a program to can resize without so many problems of those.. maybe deserves to try!!
