Silvia's variant fixes the thing I noticed most which is the subject being in the center. This one has nice exposure to it ! Also when resizing for posting here try to make your longest side 600 or 700. Here is a link to a free utility for this http://www.photo-freeware.net/bdsizer.php it has no adware or spyware and makes resizing very easy with no degrgedation to the photos quality. Good luck !
