Dear friends, The title for this photo comes from very personal feelings about this old house and myself. The house has ben neglected and is falling apart. I have neglected myself of regular doctor care through the years and now falling apart. I have no history for this house just a strange attraction to it. I pass it regularly because it's near my house and I've photographed it many times but this day was different. I could feel the house as we shared the sunset together and my thoughts and feelings seem to be somehow echoed by the house. Her porch has recently fell on one side and the light spots on the porches roof are glass from an upstairs window coming from the inside out almost like tears of pain. I've shared those tears with her as it does my soul good to spend time there. I think we even share the feelings of a country song by Garth Brooks "Much too young too feel this damn old" I have had to take a break from typing much for a while as powers of concentration and coordination havn't been at their best the past week or so and since I try very hard to type accurately it takes a long time for me to leave comments and I wouldn't want to slight anyone by commenting some and not others so I've just been leaving my votes for all of you. I'm getting better as some problems are getting better and tough course of medicine is coming to a close so I hope to be commenting and replying to your comments soon but can't promise it just yet. I really hope you enjoy this photo and my personal relation to the photo is not out of place here. Thanks to all my friends here and everyone who has left me nice comments and sent good wishes in email you have helped me in difficult times and I appreciate it !

Hope to see you on Photoforum and wish you get over your problems soon. And I realy like this photo, because it have it`s own mude(and I think capturing was sharing feelings)and photo is mirror of your relatonship, I realy feel this atomspere of faling apart.

enjoy your photo you say ? i think it is stunning Billy, and one thing to remember, houses can be repaired, just like humans, with whichever beliefs you hold, for me it is spirits of souls and creatures, and am sure that if you look hard enough you will see it is not just you and that house together, there is another presence there. This has great tones and feeling, made even more special by your notes, I wish you well and congrats on a great capture

dear billy the image is wonderful.. just you cant compare..
the house, may has a soul of old times, but there is a big difference with you..
it cant fight, and you can.. you have a spirit, that can rebel..
and the more that spirit will rebel, the more you will be better fast.. it is easy to say, hard to do.. but hey!.. why not? we have a deal, remember! never ever give up!
