Good light control. Only, ... something about compositin.... There are too many details and I don`t know what to look at.
It is just my oppinion
What is that tall building with strongest illumination?

Sighisoara is a medieval city and the tall building is The Tower With Clock, it's like the simbol of the Sighisoara, you'l find it everywere in the town, on every postcard and souvenirs, I invite you to come and see it!

that effect of lights at glass.. (of tele?) adds a special atmosphere to the image

i can see Nada's point but i think that it is a true reflection of a city at night, for less details maybe a closer focus to that nicely lit up building would be good, but i like the scene, even the light flare somehow lends itself here
