Photo The hike continues....just before entering the Yukeness ledge by Jim Griffin

Our hike continues at Lake O'hara and the lake comes into view just before the hike goes onto the Yukeness ledge. The hike will continue to our left after this shot so that we can go around Yukeness mountain which was seen in an earlier photo. A couple of things to note. First, we can see on the right side of our picture much of the terrain that was hiked on the way to Wiwaxy Gap. Also note the gap between the two peaks on the right and you can see how much we have descended from the gap to get to Lake Oesa and also the Yukeness ledge. The second point to note is that the clouds are starting to roll in slightly...scanned negative

i am not only amazed by the landscapes.. i am also so interested in your descriptions of the hike.. it makes it so real!
i am delighted!!..
and i am ready to go on for more.. yes!
