I had only mangy map and didn’t know what is expecting me on the way. Few inhabitants told me about the road, so I`ve arrived to the settlement only at sunset.
Sun was slowly moving to the horizon. Its rays were going through gaps in the roofs, sliding over burned houses. It became cold... I had a very strange sense: on the one hand, few years ago it was a quite prosperous settlement with all the benefits of the civilization (I really don`t know anything about internet :) ) and in a such pleasant place, on the other hand it was evicted, bridges were destroyed and soon was grown with the grass. Now only wind lives here, it rustles with ripped wallpapers...
I carefully walked for a 20 minutes here and rode a little away to come back at the sunrise. It would be a little terrifying to sleep here.

К тому же (но это апосля) никакой информации я не нашёл. Если бы там что-нибудь такое было - то раструбили бы! К примеру, как деревню Галкино в Ивановской области - так о ней стока понаписано!

Одна из причин - "магия границ". На любых границах, как и положено по самому их смыслу, свойства меняются скачком. Например, в обной области асфальтовая дорога с разметочкой, а через 100 м - после границы областей - уже разбитый грейдер. Области соединяются лишь редкими магистралями, от магистралей отходят дорожки поменьше, а от них - ещё меньше.... Но эти мелкие дорожки почти никогда не пересекают границы областей.
В случае районных границ - всё, к счастью, менее заметно.

А в случае, же, Свердловской и Пермской областей, да и, к тому же,среди Уральских гор посёлок-другой можно и выселить - уж больно далеко от центра...
