In the suburbs of Torres Vedras, at 2 km of distance along the national road n9 is located the Cucos Spa.
The use of the waters and muds started in 1746, however the construction of the thermal complex is only from 1893.
Memory of a time where the Spas are affirmed a little for all the Europe, the Spas of the Cuckoos are representative of the romantic scene of the ends of XIX Century.
The environment is dominated by the light game that insinuates between columns, balconies and railings, reflecting itself in the lake of the garden, between palms and other big trees.
Nowadays they are desactivated, dont ask me why.
