Photo Pink ! by Cameron Fielding

In the midst of a dark area of the Flamingo compound is this beautiful bright bird I can only describe as a beacon in the darkness. He posed for me just at the right time, so that I could fit all of his body into my lense. Thanks mate !! :-)

an unusual pose to make it fit at the image, yes..
i see feathers bit light , a touch of contrast and levels would change them.. i don't mean they have to be saturated..

Ah ok. I understand what you mean. I have not altered the saturation or contrast at all. Maybe this has made the bird look bland, or washed out. It´s difficult to tell the right tones with the LCD screen I am monitoring on.

You have an ability to catch interesting moments of animals expressions... this is good. I have tried Flamingos but got nothing interesting. They probably find me boring...! laugh

Thanks for the compliment. But it is purely down to luck and quite a few shutter presses. I am far from being a good photographer.

I am sure the flamingos don´t find you boring at all. smile
