When Autumn comes, this is a typical scene on Lisbon streets, where these vendors rost chestnuts in a big pots of clay where they put the chestnuts with a small amount of salt and...after a few moments... they are ready to eat!It's delicious...

Not only in Lisbon. In Oporto there is the same street view when Autumn comes. Chestnuts are delicious.

child one!

we don't have here those roasted chestnuts.. but i know its smell (and taste smile ) from another countries..

an excellent image .. how true is that olfactory memory is so persistent.. brings me too good remembrances..
