This is a test photo. Please critique it for me. I need some help on what is right and wrong. I need to know how to better my photography. Please be truthful. It is important to me that I know what I need to change and make better.
But please enjoy !

For me, and I love flowers, it's an excellent test.
However, when I take a macro flower photo, my backgrounds are normally black inorder to emphasize the flower beauty.But this is what I do.You have to follow your own way! To criticize Art is so subjective...what is excellent for you could be bad for me.
I like this macro and that's all! Could be better? But of course. Anyway this one is "your flower", and for you is WONDERFUL... some people like others don't.. that's life. What can we do?
You have to make more and more tests and see the differences between one flower from the other.
Work...work...work... and see other photos from other photographers!

Thank you so much Jose for taking the time to critique my photo. Normally I try to do black backgrounds. But I thought that I would try this one. The lens is a normal lens but not a macro. That is my next months purchase.
