I´ve never been to Bulgarian.
But the name of the bridge is Pont Neuf, Toulouse, France.

Spectacular phenomenal of the Pont Neuf at night.
You made a fine capture of the bridge, impressive light
and awesome presentation. I believe the bridge was
build by King Henri III in 1578 and completed by Henri IV.

Thanks for your nice comment. I find the pic is a little bit over exposured somehow..

I found this on wiki:
Pont Neuf, French for "New Bridge" or "Bridge 9", is a 16th century bridge in Toulouse, in the South of France. Construction started in 1544; it was finished in 1632, and was inaugurated on 19 October 1659. It is 220m long, and has 7 arches.
