The photo leaves a pleasant impression. It tells a story of its own... mystique and spooky. I would give it a different title tough, as "a walk in the clouds" symbolizes something more cheerful and merry... Maybe relate it to the walker as the main character.
The composition is quite good if you disregard the cables (but they are always in the way), and maybe crop the top part a little bit so that again the focus is on the walker...
That is how I see it.
However, it is a pleasant image that attracts attention.

Thank you, your comment is very useful. Was thinking about the cables... Totally erasing them, and left that thought... There are tram rails in the middle of the street, so I've decided to let the tram have it's power.

I agree with Nicola about croping some of the top, it would add more contrast and attention to the figure, if that's what you'd like, the cables..don't really bother me much, you have some geometry going on on the bottom /the sidewalk/ already and it is a street shot, so, I don't think it's an eye sore,
I like the atmosphere and light, and yes, i'd come up with a different title, ..something about being alone, ..insomnia.. the place or the time of the day/night, but it's always best to go with your feeling and mood ,
