In the center of the area there is a symbol of cities Hansa - a sculpture of knight Rolanda. (On a background of a house Black-headed). It is a copy of a medieval sculpture of work Augusta Folca, the original is in Sacred Peter`s Riga cathedral.
Hansa the union was concluded among themselves by merchants of the European and Baltic cities in XIV century. It supervised all trade at coasts of Northern and Baltic seas, adjusting an economic and political life in this region. The goods imported from cities of the union, were not taxed, in its territory there was a uniform system of measures and weights, the uniform currency was in use. Hansa has developed in so powerful force, what even has declared war to the Danish king which has ended with a victory of the union.

#2 Все другие ракурсы мне не понравились. Просто на фоне неба – скучно, да и меч на лицо наезжает, “резать” крышей нельзя. А этот более мнения нормальный вид. Да и детали дома чуть видны (просто фотографировать верх дома не стал – плоско, пестро и сумбурно получалось), поэтому сильнее размывать (диафрагмой) не стал.
