This is quite an interessting work. The foto is great and bears some dynamics. I like the idea, to frame it in this flooding way, too. But I`m not shure, if I like the "wallpaper" background. I think, it gives some disturbances, the composition shouldn`t get. Because the foto bears lots of dynamics, which is enough. But allover, it`s +3...
