It's a glass of water filled with water and hand washing soap. So the soap is making the bubbles.
I had the glass on table and camera on tripod. With a long exposure time I had time to use my flash 3 times.. flash from different angles. (I have only on flash so I have to do some compromises)..
The blue color on the bubbles comes from blue glass that I put in front of the flash on one trigger.. complicated to explain but basicly a glass with soap water
