To present Riga without Dome Cathedral it is no possible. It is constructed in XIII century, repeatedly was reconstructed and extended, and has turned to a mix of various styles - late roman, an early gothic style and a baroque. The name of a cathedral occurs from latin - domus dei (dwelling-place of the God). Organ, on that time the largest in the world is well-known and constructed in 1884 German firm " E.F.Walker&Co ".
